Welcome to Trinity Fitness Lincoln. A place where you can transform your life physically and spiritually through motivating and challenging workouts, surrounded by the most encouraging people you’ll ever meet.

 

Change begins here and you already belong here.

 

Trinity Fitness started in a garage in Florida in 2008 when one person said, “I’m ready for a change! Can you help me?” That person was Wendy Palmisano and the person she asked was her husband, Jason. And so the journey began.

 

Their garage quickly filled with people desiring positive change and Trinity Fitness was born. What started as a garage gym has now grown into a national movement. A movement that inspires people through group fitness to get in the best spiritual and physical shape of their lives.

Trinity Fitness has since expanded to multiple commercial locations and has become a gym that helps people embrace positive change for their lives. From the Division I athlete to the Biggest Loser contestant there is a place for you at Trinity Fitness.

 

Trinity Fitness is a 501c(3) non profit organization made possible through charitable giving.

At Trinity Fitness Lincoln, we use group fitness and metabolic conditioning workouts to help get you into the best shape of your life. Our goal during these sessions is high intensity, short duration workouts that will help jumpstart your metabolism and help you burn more fat! What does that mean for you? Less time, more results!

Schedule

Family:
My lovely wife, Michaela, our three-year old son, Paxton, and our baby girl, Lakelyn.

What do you love most about being a TF trainer?
I love being able to change people’s lives in every aspect. It is an incredible honor to help others change their health while simultaneously leading them to a closer relationship with Jesus!

Favorite Bible verse:
Isaiah 40:31: But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Hobbies:
Reading, working out, spending quality time with my family.

Education:
B.S., University of Nebraska-Lincoln & Omaha

Athletic background:
Played several sports throughout my youth, primarily football and baseball. I still love to play slow-pitch softball.

Interesting fact: 
In my free time, I fly Blackhawk helicopters for the military.

Favorite lift/exercise:
Power Clean, Bench Press, Pullups, Pushups

Least favorite lift/exercise:
Thrusters!

Favorite food:
Chips and salsa!

Family:
I am the youngest of 3 boys. Oldest (Brandon) lives in Grand Island and the middle brother (Cody) and I live together here in Lincoln.

What do you love most about being a TF trainer?
After coaching CrossFit at two other gyms I feel like God led my coaching career to here at TFL. Not only do I get to be a part of individual’s fitness journeys; I get to share the Gospel with them and help them grow spiritually. That alone is the most rewarding part of being a TF Trainer.

Favorite Bible verse:
Philippians 4:13- I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength.

Hobbies:
Disc golf in the summer, skiing in the winter, working out, trying to get reading to be a hobby of mine in 2018!

Education:
B.S. in Finance, University of Nebraska-Lincoln
Graduate student Pre-Physical Therapy University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Athletic background:
4 Year Tennis Athlete in High school but Basketball was my main sport growing up.
Along with Weightlifting which then led to my back surgery which led to my healing and strengthening again.

Interesting fact: 
I asked 3 girls to prom in High school and they all said yes…How does that work?

Favorite lift/exercise:
Snatch/Olympic lifts. DOUBLE Unders!!

Least favorite lift/exercise:
Thrusters!

Favorite food:
